If the number of eligible candidates for a position is beyond the 1:10 ratio to the number of positions, then the eligible candidates will be shortlisted based on the total percentage of points obtained in all the years in respective degree / diploma / certificate Examining the ratio of 1:10 to the number of posts. Personal interview will be conducted for short-listed candidates.
Final selection will be based solely on the marks obtained in the personal interview.
Selection list will be prepared on the basis of order of merit under the guidelines of booking.
Guests to a personal interview candidates will be paid back and forth second class sleeper train ticket / price equivalent to the mailing address of Bhopal on production of proof of travel.
