Small description about the course:
Commission of the function is a short period of service of 14 years as an officer in the Indian Navy. Eligible Candidates for this exam will be inducted as officers in the Commission's short feature. Indian Navy Commission of the short feature is granted for 10 years which may be extended for 4 years according theperformance and willingness of the candidate. His first job will be as second lieutenant (Ens) wide 15600-39100 + 5400 GP + MSP 6000 and may reach up to commander (PB-4/37400 - 67000 + GP 8000 + MSP 6000) Level of by the end of its mandate. He is entitled to gratuity and other benefits such as measurement period after the end of its mandate. Short Service Commission as Pilot / Observer in Executive Branch
Age Limitations: to apply for the course age should be  19 to 24 years, born between 2nd January, 1991 to 1st January, 1996
Note: For the applying candidates for the pilot course only can apply mens and apply for the Observer (Men and Women both can apply for the course 

Eligible  Qualifications: for Indian NAVY SSC Officers Pilot / Observer Course 
The candidate Short Service Commission officer position Branch of the Indian Navy leadership should have graduation with not less than 70% marks. Furthermore it would have passed his intermediate (10 +2) with mathematics and physics. If an applicant holds a commercial pilot license then graduation with 60% marks is sufficient to apply for these positions in the Indian Navy Commission of short function.  Must be Physical Standards: candidates must having below standards
Minimum height for a male candidate is 162.5 CM and for women candidate is 152 cm with correlated weight. There will be no relaxation in the physical standards whatever appropriate.

The Process of selection:
The selection of agents Short Service Commission in the Indian Navy will be an interview which will be in two stages. The selection process will be 5 days. 1 st floor will be for one day and Stage-2 for 4 days. 
Candidates having two state of test The first state in Intelligence test ,Picture Perception and last one is Group Discussion. Second state should be Psychological test then Group Task Test after that Interview
Candidates who fail in step 1 will not be allowed to phase 2 of the selection process in the Indian Navy.

Indian Navy Training: Training for the Pilot candidates Commission's short feature will be inducted as Lieutenants and undergo orientation course in Indian Navy Naval Academy. After this pilot course is given in the Air Force Academy and Naval Establishments Indian. There will be two stages of training. Following this training, they will be awarded wings. Observers candidates will be inducted as lieutenants and must complete the same course of Naval orientation Indian Naval Academy. After completion of the course, they receive vocational training in various training naval establishments, units and ships.
