Indian Management Trainee Recruitment seeks applications engineering diploma holder suitable and capable professionals with shining academic record to join the organization as a trainee junior management level monitoring in the following streams listed below. The training period is 18 months which may be extended at the discretion of the Company. Eligible candidates for the post may apply on or before 21 April 2014. Required Education: who are having  full-time 3 years. Engineering degree in the relevant discipline (Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical / Computer Science / BCA / B.Sc. in Computer Science) from Indian University / Institute recognized university with at least 60% marks or equivalent CGPA in the qualifying relaxable examination 50% for SC / ST / OBC (non creamy layer). 
Graduate with one year PG Diploma in Human Resource Management / IR / Personnel Management from a UGC / AICTE recognized Indian University / Institute for the post of staff and administration. 
Graduate of an accredited university or skilled work accepted accounting costs and recognized institutions in India or abroad or MBA with 60% marks with specialization in Financial Management for the position of Finance. Age Limitations: The upper age limit is 27 years as on 15.04.2014. The age limit for Departmental candidates is 50 yrs.
Relax able for Government servants, SC, ST and OBC, as per Govt. rules.
Salary Range: The selected candidates will be paid Stipend @ Rs.10,000/- per month during the 1st year of training period and Rs.10500/- during the remaining 6 months / extended training period. After successful completion of the training, they will be absorbed at S-1 level as Junior Engineer Grade-II / Jr.Officer Grade-II in the pay scale of Rs.12500- 3% -30400 (IDA 2007) at the basic pay of Rs.12,500/-.
 Application Fees details: Applicant’s  belonging to the general category / OBC are required to pay a non-refundable registration fee of Rs 400 / - through Demand Draft in favor of "Cement Corporation of India Limited ', payable at New Delhi. The candidates SC / ST should not pay the registration fee. Fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances. Candidates are therefore advised to check their eligibility before paying the registration fee.

Selection Process:
1. Qualified applicant will have to undergo a selection test all India consists of two documents: the concerned discipline and general knowledge, aptitude and reasoning.
2. The winners of the written test will be shortlisted for staff in accordance with criteria established by the Directorate maintenance. 
3. The number of candidates to be invited to GD / personal interview will depend on the number of trainees to be inducted.
